DAY 9 – Cardio Workout

DAY 9 – Workout- Round 1 – 30 minute run on the Pilates chair…. building up strength in legs! Today is a cardio day so I’m going a lil rogue today! Staring at the T:20 step eager to try but I know I’m not ready yet. And only I will know when I’m ready!! My body I know how far I can push my legs but don’t you dare count me out Imma show up on Jan. 14 ! 20 minutes may take me much longer but I’m not giving up because I trust and believe in myself as much as my Coach & team does!!
